How do I edit my credit card info?
As the Administrator on the account, login and click the green "Edit" button at the top middle of the landing page in the Company Info section. Next, click the large blue 'Edit or Update Credit Card" button at the top of the page. On the Credit Card page, you can edit your card information as well as set a primary and secondary card for the account.
Is there a minimum number of files we have to submit each month?
No, whether just one, or 1,000, TotalScope has you covered.
Do we have to sign up with a credit card?
Yes. Each file is paid for at the time it is submitted from your company except for you first file, which is free.
Do you offer a free trial?
Because we believe in the results of our service, we’re willing to put our money where our mouth is and offer you your first file at no cost. Because each file is handled personally by one of our trained staff, our process is detailed and thorough, not automated. We are confident that you will love the results we deliver!
Do you negotiate with insurance companies on our behalf?
We do not. Our years of experience have given us the ability to create an estimate for you that should pass the insurance companies’ requirements. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee the insurance companies will pay the full amount of the estimate.
Does TotalScope require a subscription?
No. TotalScope is not a subscription service. We keep a credit card on file for ease of use but it will not be charged until you submit a file to us.
Where can I learn about the TotalScope process?
At the top of our homepage you can click the "How-to Videos" button. There you can learn how to sign up, scope a roof and submit a file using our system.
How long will my estimate take?
Our goal is to return the to you in 3-5 business days unless we can return then sooner. However, there are some factors to take into account. The biggest time factor is whether or not you request an EagleView from us. We cannot control the turn around time for EagleView and we cannot get started until we have that information. Second, commercial estimates can take more time depending on the complexity of the project. A 20 unit development will take longer than a small storage building.
I need to have a change made to my estimate, what do I do?
Online in the project file you will see a button to request a revision. Click this button and follow the instructions to let us know what changes need to be made.
How do I use the app?
Once you have registered on the TotalScope website, you will be able to download the app in the iTunes or Google Play store and login. Once you login, simply tap "New Roof Scope" to get started scoping a new project. Once you're done, the project will be sent to the online dashboard.
Can you do multiple trades other than roofing?
Yes. While we specialize in roofing, we can do other trades. Simply submit your subcontractor bid to be added to the estimate, or give us the required information on what you need estimated for.
What do I need to submit with my file?
For a regular roof scope we require the carrier estimate, telemetry such as an EagleView, the TotalScope scope filled out accurately and as many photos as you can get. If you have subcontractor bids we will need those as well.
What areas do you service?
Currently we service the continental United States. After thousands of estimates we have collected the knowledge to supplement in any state you work in.
How do I cancel my service?
