This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications under the Totalscope Estimating Services brand, including the TotalScope software application (the "Application") that was created by Totalscope Estimating Services, a Colorado limited liability company.

The Application is intended for use only in the United States. Regardless of your location, any information you provide, including any personal data, will be transferred to and processed by Amazon Web Services or a similar third party service provider. You are forbidden from using our site or the Application in the EU or for the collection or processing of information or data from any EU subject. The Application is not intended to process personal data of subjects in the EU, we do not offer goods or services to EU citizens, and we do not collect, organize, transmit,update, store, delete or otherwise use or work with the personal data of individuals located within the EU.

What information does the Application collect from you?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you register to use theApplication and the data and information you input when using the Application.We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Non-Personal Information – Automatically Collected Data:This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We may gather certain information about you based upon your use of the Application in several ways. We may gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our service. Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

We do not share user information with any person, except (1) with any third party administrator or product provider necessary to access and process a customer’s payment, (2) service advisors or insurance agents who process a User’s claim or services, and (3) that we may disclose user provided and automatically collected information:

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by cancelling your account and uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain user provided information and data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via theApplication, please contact us at [email protected] we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

How can you update, correct or delete your Personal Information?

We encourage you to promptly update your Personal Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of historical use and accounts, you cannot delete information associated with past use of the Application. What security precautions are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information?

We secure your Personal Information consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all Personal Information associated with our users is important to us. Your Personal Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Personal Information is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your Personal Information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel and contractors have access to via password. We encrypt your Personal Information and thereby prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to us.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to users under the age of 18.
