If you’re satisfied, continue with $297 for all files. *Commercial & MultiFamily files are billed at 1.5% of the increase from client-submitted insurance bid to the TotalScope estimate. TotalScope will invoice separately for these files. Initial Inspection Reports (inside app, optional feature) - $4/file

PRICING TIERS

Residential Properties

$297 for up to 2 structures (main house + shed/detached garage (ie)). Your first residential file is FREE.

Claim Assistance

Fee is equal 5% of the increase between the orignal carrier RCV and the updated carrier RCV. If no original carrier estimate is provided to TotalClaim by client, the claim assistance fee will be 2.5% of these total of the final carrier RCV.

Commercial Properties

Commercial and multifamily files are billed at 1.5% of the increase from the client-submitted insurance bid to the TotalScope estimate. TotalScope will invoice client separately for these files.
